Oscar Health is seeking an Associate, Provider Success to drive solutions for provider escalations, coordinating cross-functionally with internal partners and building trusted relationships. The role reports to the Manager, Provider Success and is primarily remote.

This remote opportunity is available to candidates residing in Dallas, Texas, with potential for hybrid work in the future. Base pay ranges from $87,188 to $114,434 per year, plus benefits, unlimited vacation, and annual bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant technical experience in operations, data analysis, and/or consulting within healthcare.
• 3+ years experience coordinating project plans with internal and external stakeholders.
• 3+ years experience designing and improving workflows with operating and technical procedures.
• Experience handling complex business challenges and communicating to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Healthcare experience.

• Utilizes data to drive business decisions to impact cross-functional strategy

About The Role

The Associate, Provider Success drives solutions to acute and systemic issues within Oscar's operations. The Associate owns end-to-end solutioning of provider escalations, orchestrating efforts cross-functionally with multiple internal partners, while building strong relationships through effectiveness and trust.

You will report into the Manager, Provider Success.

Work Location:

This is a remote position, open to candidates who reside in: Dallas, Texas. You will be fully remote; however, our approach to work may adapt over time. Future models could potentially involve a hybrid presence at the hub office associated with your metro area.

Pay Transparency:

The base pay for this role is: $87,188 - $114,434 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.

• Experience managing complicated business challenges: developing understanding, distilling and communicating that understanding to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Healthcare experience

• Knowledge management, training, or content development in operational settings
• 2+ years experience using SQL to manipulate and analyze large data sets to solve business problems
• Process Improvement or Lean Six Sigma certification

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
