Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking an Associate on the Provider Success team to drive end‑to‑end solutions for provider escalations and systemic issues, coordinating cross‑functional partners and building trust.

This is a remote role open to candidates in Atlanta, Georgia, with potential for hybrid work in the future. You will report to the Manager, Provider Success and influence data‑driven decisions across operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations, data analysis or consulting in healthcare.
• Experience coordinating project plans with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience designing workflows and operational procedures.
• Ability to distill complex information for technical and non-technical audiences.

Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring an Associate to join our Provider Success team.

About The Role

The Associate, Provider Success drives solutions to acute and systemic issues within Oscar's operations. The Associate owns end-to-end solutioning of provider escalations, orchestrating efforts cross-functionally with multiple internal partners, while building strong relationships through effectiveness and trust.

You will report into the Manager, Provider Success.

Work Location:

This is a remote position, open to candidates who reside in: Atlanta, Georgia. You will be fully remote; however, our approach to work may adapt over time. Future models could potentially involve a hybrid presence at the hub office associated with your metro area.

Pay Transparency:

The base pay for this role is: $87,188 - $114,434 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant technical experience in operations, data analysis, and/or consulting within healthcare
• 3+ years experience cooperatively developing project plans with internal and external stakeholders
• 3+ years experience designing and improving workflows, including development of accompanying operating and technical procedures and tooling
• Experience managing complicated business challenges: developing understanding, distilling and communicating that understanding to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Healthcare experience

Bonus Points

• Knowledge management, training, or content development in operational settings
• 2+ years experience using SQL to manipulate and analyze large data sets to solve business problems
• Process Improvement or Lean Six Sigma certification
• Structured, systematic, and critical thinking
• Strong verbal and written communications

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
