Job summary

Oscar is seeking an Associate, Provider Success to drive solutions to operational issues and own end-to-end escalation management. The role collaborates across internal teams, builds trusted relationships, and improves processes to support provider operations.

Based in Tempe, AZ with a hybrid schedule (3 in-office days per week). The base pay ranges from $87,188 to $114,434 per year, plus benefits and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant technical experience in operations, data analysis, and/or consulting within healthcare.
• 3+ years experience developing project plans with internal and external stakeholders.
• 3+ years experience designing and improving workflows, including operating and technical procedures and tooling.
• Experience managing complicated business challenges and communicating understanding to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Healthcare experience.

• Leads and cross collaborates on problem definition, acute error remediation, and root cause solution development.
• Utilizes data to drive business decisions to impact cross-functional strategy.

About the role:

The Associate, Provider Success drives solutions to acute and systemic issues within Oscar's operations. The Associate owns end-to-end solutioning of provider escalations, orchestrating efforts cross-functionally with multiple internal partners, while building strong relationships through effectiveness and trust.

You will report into the Manager, Provider Success.

Work Location:

This position is based in our Tempe, Arizona office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid

Pay Transparency:

The base pay for this role is: $87,188 - $114,434 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant technical experience in operations, data analysis, and/or consulting within healthcare


• 3+ years experience cooperatively developing project plans with internal and external stakeholders


• 3+ years experience designing and improving workflows, including development of accompanying operating and technical procedures and tooling


• Experience managing complicated business challenges: developing understanding, distilling and communicating that understanding to technical and non-technical audiences.


• Healthcare experience

Bonus points:

• Knowledge management, training, or content development in operational settings


• 2+ years experience using SQL to manipulate and analyze large data sets to solve business problems


• Process Improvement or Lean Six Sigma certification


• Structured, systematic, and critical thinking


• Strong verbal and written communications

Pay Transparency:

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
