Expression Networks is seeking an Associate Proposal Manager to support the Growth team in developing compelling proposals for federal customers. This role coordinates quick-turn TOs and RFIs, ensuring compliance and applying AI tools to drafting and quality control.

You will collaborate with the Growth Lead, capture managers, CSO, and technical project leads across Expression’s portfolio, overseeing timelines, contributors, and final submissions in a hybrid Washington, DC area position.

Competenze

• Experience developing federal proposals and supporting TOs/RFPs.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading with attention to accuracy and formatting.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with color-team reviews, compliance matrices, and proposal instructions.

Mansioni

• Coordinate quick-turn proposals and manage schedules, contributors, and deliverables.
• Build and maintain compliance matrices mapping solicitation instructions to response sections.
• Apply AI tools for requirements extraction, drafting, editing, formatting, and quality checks.
• Establish milestones, kickoff meetings, and track action items with writers and SMEs.
• Draft and refine cover letters, resumes, past performance, and compliance narratives.
• Prepare Pink/Red/Gold Team reviews and consolidate feedback.
• Lead document production and submission to meet solicitation specs and file-naming conventions.
• Maintain proposal resources and reusable content in a central library.
• Lead RFIs, Sources Sought, and smaller RFPs from kickoff through submission.
