Job summary

CBRE in Los Angeles is seeking a Property Management Manager to supervise the team responsible for all operational and financial activities of a property or small portfolio. You will lead staff, manage budgets, and serve as the owner representative to ensure objectives are met.

You will prepare reports, forecast plans, and coordinate maintenance and tenant relations. This role requires a real-estate license, strong MS Office skills, and an ability to mentor and coach the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of experience and education considered in lieu of degree.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Proven ability to guide performance and coach staff.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; oversee training, evaluations, and hiring.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities; set schedules and deadlines.
• Respond to escalated tenant needs and issues.
• Serve as primary contact with property owners; prepare timely reports.
• Develop and control annual operating and capital budgets; forecast plans and reports.
• Help create programs for emergency recoveries.
• Prepare all required legal notices for approval.
• Review rent and CAM recovery charges to ensure timely payment.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
