Job summary

Axial Structural Solutions in the United States seeks an Associate Project Manager to act as liaison between client and company, guiding projects within timeframes and budgets while upholding quality and client satisfaction. You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams to communicate requirements and manage contracts, schedules, and milestones for successful delivery.

• Spanish as a second language (medium level).

Responsibilities

• Send the contract to relevant departments for review.
• Negotiate the contract with the client and finalize closure.
• Develop the contractual project schedule.
• Create the In-Out Control log to integrate manufacturing and delivery.
• Upload the delivery schedule to Navision to trigger production orders.
• Define milestone certifications and ensure upload to Navision.
• Coordinate Acceptance Testing and commissioning with the client.
• Hold weekly follow-up meetings with the department head.
• Notify the quality department to distribute the customer satisfaction survey.
• Send signed warranty documentation and commissioning confirmation.
