Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in project management or related roles within real estate.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder relations.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Experience in managing small to medium-scale projects from initiation through completion.
• Knowledge of real estate industry practices and construction processes.
