Job summary

SRC, Inc. seeks an Associate Project Manager to serve as the functional lead for our team of Program Control Analysts supporting the LIDS program. You will provide day-to-day guidance, quality oversight, and workload coordination across development, production, and sustainment.

This is a functional team-lead role without direct personnel management, requiring strong organizational skills, EVM familiarity, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, mathematics, or engineering with 4+ years of related experience.
• Proficiency in generating and tracking cost, schedule, staff, and risk for programs using program control tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to work under general supervision.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance to the PCA team and help analysts resolve tasking hurdles.
• Onboard new hires, coordinating program training such as EVM and tools.
• Balance workloads and adjust assignments as program needs shift.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, WBS, and cost accounts; manage Cobra processing.
• Maintain program status metrics and present data for reviews with internal and customer stakeholders.
• Manage CDRL submissions and verify tasking against RASIC; co-maintain the PCA Tasking Matrix.
• Support the Program Manager with admin tasks and document control; monitor security training and process adherence.
• Consolidate improvements and obtain approval before implementation.
