RSI EnTech, LLC seeks a Project Controls Specialist to support the Project Manager in scoping, planning, scheduling and cost management. You will use earned value techniques to monitor performance, conduct change control and provide financial analysis to keep projects on track.
The role requires strong communication, customer-oriented attitude and collaboration across engineering, construction, procurement and operations to drive on-time, on-budget project delivery.

The Project Controls Specialist is responsible for supporting the Project Manager in project scoping, planning, scheduling and cost management; earned value management; change control; problem identification and resolution support. The Project Controls Specialist requires good communications skills that exude a positive, customer-oriented attitude.
–Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or financial/business field, or related field desired plus several years of progressively more responsible project control experience. Detailed knowledge of project control practices, methods, procedures. PMP Certification by the Project Management Institute or AACE certification is desired.
– Demonstrated application of project control concepts, processes, methodology, and techniques. Demonstrated experience in cost engineering practices such as performance analysis, business planning, budgeting, economic analysis, cost control, forecasting, etc. with ability to query company financial accounting system for detailed cost analysis. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at all levels of management including executive management. Demonstrated ability to schedule work activities in Primavera, P6. Demonstrated ability to use PC based software (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point). Working knowledge of business planning processes and supporting budgetary, financial & workforce planning processes. Demonstrated ability in problem solving and analysis. Working knowledge of resource, cost and schedule integration. Familiarity with the concept of how risk management tools work and are used and applied on a project.
