Job summary

SRC, Inc. in Syracuse, NY is seeking an Associate Project Manager to serve as the functional lead for our team of Program Control Analysts supporting the LIDS program, guiding tasking, scheduling, cost accounts, and Earned Value management.

You will onboard new hires, balance workloads, develop schedules and cost structures, maintain program docs, and present data for reviews while advancing into greater program management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 4+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in generating and tracking cost, schedule, staff, and risk.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance to the PCA team and manage tasking hurdles.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, WBS structures, and cost accounts.
• Monitor program status metrics and prepare program reviews for internal and customer.
• Maintain program documentation and ensure process adherence.
