Interstates is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join a dynamic team working on nationwide electrical construction projects. You will collaborate with field crews, project managers, and customers, while gaining leadership experience and advancing through real project challenges.

Graduating in December from construction management, engineering, business, or a related field, you will travel extensively, relocate if needed, and grow within a mentorship-driven culture that values integrity,

Qualifications

• Soon-to-graduate student in a related field studying construction management, engineering, business, or project management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with teams.
• Willing to travel up to 100% of the time and relocate for projects.

Responsibilities

• Help manage industrial construction projects across the United States.
• Partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, customers, and field teams to keep projects moving.
• Learn how to manage schedules, budgets, materials, RFIs, submittals, and logistics.
• Build relationships and develop leadership skills.
• Travel to project sites and gain hands-on experience.
