Interstates is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our nationwide construction teams. You will work with field crews to keep projects on track and deliver quality work, while building leadership skills through hands-on experience and mentorship.

Ideal candidates are graduating in May with a related degree, eager to travel, and ready to learn in a fast-paced, safety‑driven environment. A base salary of $70,000–$78,000 with strong benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in construction management, engineering, business, project management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to travel across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Help manage exciting industrial construction projects across the United States.
• Partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, customers, and field teams to keep projects moving forward.
• Learn how to manage project schedules, budgets, materials, RFIs, submittals, and logistics.
• Build relationships with customers and teammates while developing your leadership skills.
• Travel to project sites and experience work that's anything but ordinary.
• Grow through hands-on experience, mentorship, and leadership development.
