Interstates is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support industrial construction projects across the United States. You will collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, customers, and field teams to keep projects on track and deliver high-quality results.

Ideal candidates are graduating in December and pursuing a related degree (Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or Project Management).

Qualifications

• Graduating in December and pursuing a related degree.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% to project sites.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Help manage industrial construction projects across the United States.
• Partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, customers, and field teams to keep projects moving forward.
• Learn how to manage project schedules, budgets, materials, RFIs, submittals, and logistics.
• Build relationships with customers and teammates while developing your leadership skills.
• Travel to project sites and experience work across the country.
• Grow through hands-on mentorship and leadership development.
