Interstates is seeking a motivated student/graduate for an Assistant Project Manager role. You will join a team that builds electrical, controls, automation, and OT systems across the U.S., collaborating with field crews to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Must be graduating in May.
• Pursuing studies in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field.
• Ability to communicate clearly with teams and customers.
• Organized, motivated, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Help manage industrial construction projects across the United States.
• Partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, customers, and field teams to keep projects moving forward.
• Learn how to manage schedules, budgets, materials, RFIs, submittals, and logistics.
• Build relationships with customers and teammates while developing leadership skills.
• Travel to project sites and gain hands-on experience across projects.
• Receive mentorship and leadership development throughout the program.
