Job summary

BWC Terminals in Houston, TX, is seeking an Associate Project Manager to plan, budget, oversee, and document Liquid Terminal Projects. You will develop detailed scopes, estimates, and schedules while coordinating with management, operations, purchasing, engineering, vendors, and contractors to ensure compliant, on-time project execution.

This role requires knowledge of civil, structural, mechanical/piping, electrical, and controls instrumentation construction, with experience in capex projects

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, Project Management, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in industrial, midstream, downstream construction or project management.
• Experience with owner-operated industrial facilities is preferred.
• Experience managing multiple small capex projects from $250K to $10M.
• ERP/project management tools experience (Workday, SAP, Oracle, Maximo, Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, oversee, and document Liquid Terminal Projects to ensure scope, schedule, and costs are met.
• Develop detailed Scopes of Work (SOWs) for RFQs and vendor bidding.
• Coordinate with management, operations, purchasing, engineering, and contractors.
• Monitor progress, update budgets and schedules, and manage project risks.
• Lead meetings and ensure compliance with codes and company requirements.
