The role requires developing detailed scopes, cost estimates, and schedules while coordinating with management, operations, engineering, vendors, and contractors to ensure compliant, timely project execution.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in industrial, midstream, downstream construction, or project management.
• Experience with owner-operated industrial facilities is a plus.
• Knowledge of API/ASME codes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple small to medium capital projects within budget and schedule.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Civil, Structural, Mechanical/Piping, Electrical and Controls/Instrumentation construction.
• Create, interpret and review P&IDs, standards, plot plans, piping isometrics and drawings.
• Develop detailed Scopes of Work (SOWs) for RFQs and bids.
• Ensure resources are assigned, informed, and trained per responsibilities.
• Lead change control, document management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks affecting cost/schedule.
• Monitor budget, percent complete, cost forecasting, and variance.
• Select and evaluate contractors; verify SOW compliance and quality.
• Facilitate on-site and remote project meetings.
• Prepare project docs: AFE forms, cost estimates, status reports, drawings.
