Job summary

BWC Terminals, headquartered in Houston, Texas, is seeking an Associate Project Manager to plan, budget, oversee, and document all aspects of liquid terminal projects. You will work with management, operations, purchasing, engineering, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely, compliant project execution.

The role requires 1–3 years in industrial construction, strong cost control and scheduling skills, and proficiency with ERP and PM software. Travel within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Industrial, midstream, downstream construction, or project management.
• Experience with owner-operated industrial facilities and managing multiple small capex projects.
• Experience with ERP and project management systems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, Maximo, Procore, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, oversee, and document all aspects of specific Liquid Terminal Projects assigned.
• Support Project Managers with complex large expansion projects.
• Develop detailed Scopes of Work and cost estimates for bids.
• Coordinate with management, operations, purchasing, engineering, vendors, and contractors.
• Ensure resources are properly assigned, trained, and aligned with project goals.
• Lead change control, risk assessment, and cost/schedule forecasting.
• Monitor performance, budgets, and percent complete; report variances.
• Select and evaluate contractors and subcontractors and verify compliance with SOW and codes.
• Facilitate on-site and remote project meetings and maintain comprehensive documentation.
