Job summary

BWC Terminals in Houston, Texas is seeking an Associate Project Manager to plan, budget, oversee, and document capital projects in the bulk liquid storage and logistics sector. You will coordinate with operations, purchasing, engineering, and contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and regulatory compliance.

The role requires developing detailed scopes of work, cost estimates, schedules, and effective stakeholder communication while supporting management in complex expansion projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, oversee, and document all aspects of specific capital projects.
• Support Project Managers with complex large expansion projects.
• Develop detailed Scopes of Work (SOWs) to support RFQs for vendor and contractor bidding.
• Monitor budget tracking, percent complete, cost forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure project resources are properly assigned and trained.
• Travel within the U.S. as needed.
