Job summary

BWC Terminals seeks a Terminal Manager to oversee bulk liquid storage operations across facilities, driving safe handling, efficient throughput, and regulatory compliance. You will lead staff, manage budgets, and coordinate with commercial teams to optimize service delivery and asset performance.

The role focuses on safety culture, equipment maintenance, and process improvements while ensuring high standards for people, assets and the environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years’ terminal/general management experience.
• Minimum five years’ experience in terminal management or related terminal, refinery, or tank vessel experience.
• Experience in staff management.
• Knowledge of and skill in operating equipment.
• Must be TWIC eligible.
• Ability to use hand/power tools.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret regulations, blueprints, and drawings.
• Ability to write reports, correspondence, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and manage terminal operations, maintenance, and shipping and receiving.
• Identify improvement opportunities to meet objectives in a cost-effective manner.
• Manage capital expenditures and control operating costs and manpower.
• Establish and monitor terminal performance and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise terminal staff, recruitment, performance management and training.
• Coordinate with commercial and operations management for customer service planning.
