Job summary

BWC Terminals LLC in Houston, TX seeks a Corporate Development Manager to shape and lead the company’s growth strategy. You will identify opportunities, perform valuations, and coordinate across Finance, Legal, and Operations to execute high-impact transactions.

Responsibilities include evaluating mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships, building financial models, and presenting business cases to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5–7 years of corporate development, investment banking, consulting, or strategic planning experience.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with private equity/infrastructure investors.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
• Develop business cases and present strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Build financial models and perform valuation analyses.
• Support due diligence and deal integration activities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, HR, and Operations teams.
