Job summary

Thermo Systems LLC in Wisconsin is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support automation projects from execution through commissioning and closeout. You will coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field teams while maintaining schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

Ideal candidates have 0–3+ years of experience in industrial or systems integration environments, with solid communication skills and familiarity with project management fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience.
• 0–3+ years of experience supporting project delivery in industrial, automation, or systems integration environments.
• Exposure to structured project execution methods and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned projects from execution start through commissioning and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project activities across engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field service teams.
• Track risks, issues, and change orders with documentation and resolution.
• Support estimation, forecasting, and project performance tracking.
