Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking an Associate Project Manager for electrical construction. The role supports PM in a large project, with potential relocation to Columbus, OH; Charleston, SC; or West Memphis, AR, and heavy interaction with GC, subs, supers, and foremen. Must travel and manage project lifecycle from design to completion.

Ideal candidate shows adaptability, problem solving, and a growth mindset, with strong communication and leadership abilities to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 0-1 year of construction experience or knowledge of construction methods.
• Project management training or experience; understanding of a project lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and process-oriented abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel to project locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall construction and design efforts to align with design, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate communication among General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, and Foremen.
• Support staffing decisions including superintendent and foreman selections.
• Assist in estimating projects and preparing purchase requisitions.
• Support safety program implementation and OSHA compliance.
