Job summary

Gorilla Glue Company in Sharonville, OH is seeking a Project Coordinator to drive multiple small cross-functional projects from initiation through launch, building and maintaining detailed schedules and work plans to ensure timely execution.

You will lead project meetings, monitor progress, communicate risks and status to stakeholders, and document decisions and deliverables. A Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of coordination experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or related field.
• 1+ years of project coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple small cross-functional projects from initiation through launch.
• Build and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Lead and facilitate project meetings, driving alignment and accountability.
• Apply established Project Management Fundamentals to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
• Perform project management processes and tasks to produce reliable, repeatable outcomes.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and clearly communicate risks and exceptions.
