Corporate Real Estate (CRE) supports The Walt Disney Company’s (TWDC) Global Real Estate portfolio, providing expertise in design and construction to stakeholders. CRE aims to deliver real estate development results that align with business goals and corporate requirements. The CRE Design & Delivery Team manages capital construction projects from inception to occupancy. Be part of the story and apply today!

Responsibilities of an Associate Project Manager
  1. Assist in planning and managing capital improvement construction and renovation projects.
  2. Support bid processes with architects, engineers, and contractors.
  3. Help prepare project budgets, schedules, and update reports.
  4. Coordinate meetings, draft agendas, and track action items.
  5. Assist in preparing project documentation, funding requests, permits, and contracts.
  6. Maintain accurate project files throughout the project lifecycle.
  7. Work with project teams to track progress and review documents.
  8. Conduct site visits to monitor safety and adherence to plans.
  9. Support change order management and cost verification.
  10. Assist in budget tracking, forecasting, and invoicing.
  11. Manage procurement, bidding, and vendor contracts.
  12. Coordinate with finance and procurement for approvals and payments.
  13. Serve as liaison among internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  14. Communicate project updates and manage expectations.
  15. Support vendor management and project turnover processes.
Required Skills and Experience
  • +5 years in project design/construction or 3 years Disney project coordination experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Experience with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience managing recurring capital programs and tenant improvements.
  • Knowledge of building codes and construction best practices.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar tools.
  • Master’s degree in Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Business, or Architecture.
  • PMP, EIT, PE, or Architect’s License.
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
