Commercial Signage Project Manager

We are a full-service signage company serving Florida and the Southeast US. We provide top-quality sign services, including design, production, permitting, and installation. We value collaboration, foresight, and attention to detail, creating fabrications characterized by precision, beauty, and longevity.

We are seeking a qualified Commercial Signage Project Manager with experience in exterior and interior signage to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Work with clients to initiate projects and define the scope of work.
2. Collaborate with Sales Staff to ensure project success.
3. Regularly update clients and sales staff on project status.
4. Utilize resources to determine project timelines, pricing, budgets, and needs.
5. Identify potential project hurdles and communicate solutions to stakeholders.
6. Coordinate with departments to move projects from design to delivery and billing.
7. Maintain adherence to budgets.
8. Document projects using appropriate software.
9. Identify safety hazards at job sites and work to mitigate them.
10. Invoice clients.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
2. Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in the commercial sign industry.
3. Ability to estimate all types of signage.
4. Highly organized with multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
5. Calm and focused under project lifecycle pressures.
6. Accountability and strong time management skills.
7. Attention to detail and critical thinking.
8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
9. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
10. Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
