You will support the planning, coordination, and successful execution of commercial property repair, maintenance, renovation, and tenant improvement projects throughout San Diego County. Working closely with Project Managers and Operations leadership, you will help coordinate schedules, subcontractors, materials, project documentation, and client communication, while building the technical and leadership skills needed to independently manage projects in the future.
You are proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented with strong leadership and communication skills. You can confidently manage multiple projects without sacrificing quality, timelines, or customer service. You take ownership of your work, exercise sound judgment, and work collaboratively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to drive successful project outcomes.

This position pays between $33.65 - 37.50 per hour, depending on experience.
