Job summary

Lot Commercial Property Services is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and execution of commercial property repair, maintenance, renovation, and tenant improvements in San Diego County.

You will work with Project Managers and Operations leadership to coordinate schedules, subcontractors, materials, and documentation while developing leadership and technical skills for independent project management in the future.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial property services, facilities management, tenant improvements, or related field.
• Experience supporting construction or maintenance projects is preferred.
• Ability to read scopes of work and project documentation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic estimating or project coordination experience is a plus.
• Excellent interaction with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in coordinating multiple commercial property service projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, internal teams, schedules, and material deliveries.
• Prepare project estimates, scopes of work, proposals, and purchase orders.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Track project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Communicate updates to clients, vendors, and internal teams under the Project Manager.
• Help resolve issues and escalate concerns as needed.
• Prepare reports and maintain project information in company software.
• Support field operations and assist with troubleshooting or minor repairs.
• Represent LOT professionally with property owners, managers, tenants, vendors, and contractors.
