LOT Commercial Property Services is seeking an Associate Project Manager to coordinate commercial property service projects in San Diego County. You will support planning, scheduling, and communications across project teams, subcontractors, and clients.

The role emphasizes site visits, documentation, and helping ensure safety, quality, and timely project delivery in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

2+ years in commercial construction, tenant improvements, facilities maintenance, or related field.
Experience supporting construction or maintenance projects is preferred.
Ability to read scopes of work, proposals, and project documentation.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Basic estimating or project coordination experience is preferred.
Proficiency in project management software (Zoho/Sage) and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

Coordinate multiple property service projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, internal teams, schedules, and material deliveries.
Assist with preparing estimates, scopes of work, proposals, and purchase orders.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
Track project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
