Job summary

BBG Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support awarded projects from kickoff through completion. You will organize tasks, coordinate with clients, vendors, and BBG teams, and ensure timely, accurate communications.

You will handle document reviews, fieldwork coordination, quotes, and maintain project files in Box, delivering proactive solutions and outstanding client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years of project management or coordination experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry, database maintenance, and development.
• Coordinate fieldwork with site contacts and vendors.
• Review and compile comments on ALTA surveys and deliver per client instructions.
• Review title commitments and documents to ensure all needed materials are provided.
• Ensure work orders, letters, report templates, and materials are distributed to PMs and associates.
• Maintain project files and track milestones; save documents in Box.
• Manage high-volume communication via email and phone.
• Deliver outstanding client service with timely responses and proactive solutions.
• Assist with obtaining vendor quotes and preparing quotes for clients.
