Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, including scheduling internal and client meetings and personal appointments.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries.
• Process and submit expense reports, invoices, and timesheets accurately and on time.
• Support day-to-day administrative operations and special projects as needed.
