Job summary

TOGA Technology is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our team in Naperville, IL. You will support the Senior Manager, PMO and collaborate with cross-functional teams to help ensure successful project delivery.

This role involves coordinating project activities, communicating with stakeholders, and maintaining organized project documentation. You will assist with planning using Agile methodologies, track timelines and budgets, and help identify risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of project management or related experience.
• Familiarity with PM tools (e.g., Jira, ADO, Smartsheet, Trello).
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and software lifecycles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing projects using Agile methodologies.
• Coordinate project tasks, schedules, and cross-team handoffs.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
• Monitor timelines and budgets and flag delays or risks.
• Track project progress and provide updates to the team and stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Identify risks, manage issues, and document scope changes.
• Participate in project meetings with input and follow-up items.
• Assist with using Jira, ADO, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
• Support the project team with coordination and task management.
