Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or business operations.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn project management tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Work with cross-functional teams to track project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, schedules, meeting notes, and status updates.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
• Identify potential project risks, delays, and dependencies and escalates issues to senior management.
• Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in resource allocation, task tracking, and workload management.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
• Track project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Ensure project deliverables align with quality standards and business objectives.
