TOGA Technology is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our team. You will support the Senior Manager, PMO, coordinate project activities, communicate with stakeholders, and help ensure timely delivery.

This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful initiatives while developing Agile and project-management skills across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of project management or related experience.
• Familiarity with Jira, ADO, Smartsheet, Trello, or similar.
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing projects using Agile methodologies.
• Coordinate tasks, schedules, and cross-team handoffs.
• Communicate with stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• Monitor timelines and budgets and flag risks.
• Track progress and provide regular updates.
• Maintain project documentation and scope changes.
