Base pay range

$46.00/yr - $52.00/yr

Job Title: Associate Project Management

Location: Remote (Quarterly on-site meetings in Thousand Oaks, CA)

Industry: Biotechnology / Pharmaceuticals

Language Requirement: Fluency in English and Spanish

Pay Rate: $46 - $52/hr on W2 based on experience

Overview:

We are seeking an Associate Project Management professional to support product launches and lifecycle planning across Latin America and Canada (LACAN). This role will serve as a strategic interface between regional teams and global stakeholders, ensuring successful commercialization, continuous product supply, and project execution aligned with regulatory and market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage new product launches and lifecycle plans to support commercial strategies in the LACAN region
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product availability
  • Translate global and regional strategies into actionable country-level plans
  • Develop comprehensive launch plans across pre-filing, launch, and post-launch phases
  • Partner with global, regional, and local stakeholders to align supply chain operations with market requirements
  • Represent regional and country needs in meetings with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Planning
  • Maintain project documentation, templates, dashboards, and metrics for effective project tracking
  • Support implementation of Operational Excellence (OE) initiatives and lead monthly status reporting
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and portfolios within the regional supply chain organization
  • Lead and facilitate stakeholder meetings to drive alignment, manage risks, and ensure timely decision-making

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant project management experience
  • Experience in distribution, supply chain, or marketing is preferred
  • Strong understanding of GMP environments, change control, and regulatory compliance
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification and familiarity with lean systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Experience working with data and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with occasional on-site requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing Operational Excellence (OE) projects
  • Proficiency in tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Tableau, and Miro
  • Familiarity with SAP, Document Management Systems, and Rapid Response
  • Prior experience supporting launches in Latin American or Canadian markets
  • Experience coordinating with CROs/CDMOs and working within matrixed organizations
