Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather updates, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment on project milestones and deliverables.
  2. Act as a central point of contact between business users, technical teams, and external partners to help maintain momentum and resolve blockers in a timely manner.
  3. Support the facilitation of regular check-ins, stand-ups, and workshops, ensuring stakeholders are informed, engaged, and accountable for their contributions to digital initiatives.
  4. Help maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and stakeholder updates to ensure transparency and traceability.
  5. Support the planning and delivery of digital initiatives by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and preparing reports.
  6. Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, processes, and data flows.
  7. Collaborate with application SMEs and IT teams to ensure system integration quality and data consistency.
  8. Monitor and support the use of digital tools and platforms (e.g., data visualization, automation tools) and help drive adoption among users.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in implementing small-scale enhancements.
  10. Provide administrative and operational support to the Project Manager/Sponsor in managing the broader portfolio.
Additional Details

This is a part-time role: $50/hour

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 5+ years experience supporting projects using Agile or traditional project methodologies.
  • 2+ years of project leadership experience.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and tools used in manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments is desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in digital transformation, automation, and process improvement.
