Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather updates, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment on project milestones and deliverables.
- Act as a central point of contact between business users, technical teams, and external partners to help maintain momentum and resolve blockers in a timely manner.
- Support the facilitation of regular check-ins, stand-ups, and workshops, ensuring stakeholders are informed, engaged, and accountable for their contributions to digital initiatives.
- Help maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and stakeholder updates to ensure transparency and traceability.
- Support the planning and delivery of digital initiatives by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and preparing reports.
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, processes, and data flows.
- Collaborate with application SMEs and IT teams to ensure system integration quality and data consistency.
- Monitor and support the use of digital tools and platforms (e.g., data visualization, automation tools) and help drive adoption among users.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in implementing small-scale enhancements.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Project Manager/Sponsor in managing the broader portfolio.
Additional Details
This is a part-time role: $50/hour
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 5+ years experience supporting projects using Agile or traditional project methodologies.
- 2+ years of project leadership experience.
- Familiarity with digital platforms and tools used in manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments is desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders at various levels.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in digital transformation, automation, and process improvement.
