About the Role:

A leading biologics CDMO is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support program execution across cross-functional teams. You’ll coordinate project schedules, assist with resource planning, and serve as a liaison between Project Management and Finance to ensure accurate forecasting and revenue recognition. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to grow in a dynamic GMP environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update project schedules in ERP and scheduling systems
• Track critical project data and support communication across teams
• Coordinate meetings with Finance, PMO, and functional leads
• Assist Program Managers with day-to-day project tracking and deliverables
• Support project financial monitoring, forecasting, and milestone tracking

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in biotech/pharma, with 1+ year in project management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with ERP systems (IFS a plus) and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with project financials, budgeting, and variance analysis
