Job summary

Brown & Root Industrial Services seeks a motivated Project Management Intern to support day-to-day activities on multiple commercial and industrial construction projects. You will help collect and prepare submittal packages, perform site visits, and assist with field verification and quality control.

You will gain hands-on experience with scheduling tools (MS Project/Blue Beam) and CAD software while learning change order processes, safety observations, and as-built documentation.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in BS/BA in Construction Project Management or related studies.
• Prefer 2nd–4th year candidates; associate degree will be considered.
• Trade school students in construction, utilities or civil engineering may apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist PM with day-to-day functions on multiple projects.
• Collect, review and prepare submittal packages for PM and Client A/E.
• Perform site visits, reports, field verification, and quality control.
• Support change orders, redlines, and as-built documentation.
• Maintain safety observations and project information for records.
