Trueline Talent’s client, a rapidly growing private industrial real estate investment firm, seeks a Construction Project Manager to join their Milwaukee headquarters. You will act as the Owner's Representative, managing redevelopment and capital projects from acquisition through completion, coordinating with contractors, consultants, and leadership.

3–7 years in commercial/industrial construction, ability to manage multiple projects, travel ~25%, and strong Excel skills are required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple industrial redevelopment and capital improvement projects across a national property portfolio.
  • Represent the owner throughout planning, procurement, construction, and project closeout.
  • Develop project scopes, bid packages, budgets, and preliminary schedules.
  • Solicit proposals from contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
  • Review bids, evaluate scope coverage, and negotiate pricing.
  • Coordinate architects, engineers, environmental consultants, contractors, and property stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and supporting documentation.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and schedule performance.
  • Track project milestones and provide updates to executive leadership.
  • Resolve field conditions, scope gaps, construction conflicts, and schedule issues.
  • Review change orders, contractor invoices, pay applications, and project costs.
  • Support projects involving tenant improvements, roofing, structural repairs, MEP systems, demolition, civil work, environmental remediation, loading docks, and adaptive reuse.

Trueline's client, a rapidly growing private industrial real estate investment firm with a national portfolio, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their headquarters team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Acting as the Owner's Representative, this person will manage multiple industrial redevelopment and capital improvement projects from acquisition through completion while working directly with contractors, consultants, company leadership, and ownership.

What You'll Do as the Construction Project Manager:
