Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; 4+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Graduate degree with 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, equivalent 8 years of related experience may apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate propulsion program tasks with program management.
• Read, interpret, and write specifications and technical documents.
• Prepare design requirements to support project goals.
• Stay current in technologies to support project assignments.
• Provide direction in investigations and RCCA across functions.
• Lead RCCA process and root-cause analysis.
• Review and approve engineering drawings.
• Travel up to 25%.
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
