Performance Contracting seeks an entry-level Associate Project Engineer to join our PCI Phoenix 562 operations based in Tempe, AZ. This role serves as a launching pad for future leaders within PCI, offering hands-on exposure to project management and estimating to support professional growth.

Basic requirements include a bachelor’s degree in construction-related fields or equivalent experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills.

• Clear understanding of how to read and interpret specifications and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety meetings.
• Create and manage punch lists.
• Support the Quality Control Measures outlined in PCI’s QA/QC program.
• Prepare RFIs and submittals.
• Labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance.
• Quantitative takeoffs for material ordering.
• Support the implementation of the job schedule.
• Coordinate warranties and O&M’s.
• Material coordination with purchase orders and invoicing.

Performance Contracting is seeking a motivated individual to join our growing employee-owned organization as an entry-level Associate Project Engineer for its PCI Phoenix 562 operations based in Tempe, AZ.

The Associate Project Engineer role serves as a launching pad for future leaders within PCI. It's a dynamic position offering hands-on experience in project management and estimating, setting the stage for professional growth and career advancement in an innovative environment.

Job responsibilities include:

• Conducting safety meetings
• Creating and managing punch lists
• Supporting the Quality Control Measures outlined in PCI’s QA/QC program
• Preparing RFI’s and submittals
• Labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance
• Quantitative takeoffs for material ordering
• Supporting the implementation of the job schedule
• Coordinating warranties and O&M’s
• Material coordination with purchase orders and invoicing

Salary: $73,600 annual salary plus non-guaranteed annualized bonus program.

This position is safety-sensitive.

This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
