Job summary

Performance Contracting is seeking an entry-level Associate Project Engineer for the PCI Seattle 552 operations in Woodinville, WA. This safety-sensitive role offers hands-on experience in project management and estimating within an employee-owned organization.

Responsibilities include safety meetings, punch lists, QA/QC support, RFIs/submittals, labor control, material takeoffs, scheduling, warranties, and purchase-order coordination. Salary is $80,200 with a non-guaranteed bonus program.

Qualifications

Performance Contracting is seeking a motivated individual to join our growing employee-owned organization as an entry-level Associate Project Engineer for its PCI Seattle 552 operations based in Woodinville, WA.

The Associate Project Engineer role serves as a launching pad for future leaders within PCI. It's a dynamic position offering hands-on experience in project management and estimating, setting the stage for professional growth and career advancement in an innovative environment.

Job responsibilities include:

• Conducting safety meetings


• Creating and managing punch lists


• Supporting the Quality Control Measures outlined in PCI’s QA/QC program


• Preparing RFI’s and submittals


• Labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance


• Quantitative takeoffs for material ordering


• Supporting the implementation of the job schedule


• Coordinating warranties and O&M’s


• Material coordination with purchase orders and invoicing

Salary: $80,200 annual salary plus non-guaranteed annualized bonus program.

This position is safety-sensitive.

Basic Requirements

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Construction Science, or comparable work experience
