Job summary

TripleLift, a leading ad tech platform in New York, seeks an Associate Account Manager to manage advertiser and agency partnerships across programmatic, native, video and CTV campaigns.

You will collaborate with Sales, Ad Ops, Finance and Engineering to ensure campaigns launch smoothly, meet KPIs and deliver excellent client experiences while identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with DSPs/SSPs/ad servers and digital advertising ecosystem is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day point management for a book of brand direct and agency accounts, supporting campaign launch, optimization, and renewal.
• Support end-to-end campaign lifecycle management.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and recommend optimizations to hit KPIs (CTR, viewability, CPA, ROAS).
• Build and deliver data-driven campaign performance reports and quarterly business reviews for clients.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Manager on pre-sale strategy, RFP responses, and onboarding of new advertiser and agency accounts.
• Assist in troubleshooting discrepancies, technical issues, and billing questions with Ad Operations, Finance, and engineering teams.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and campaign records in internal CRM.
• Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts and flag them to the team.
• Stay current on programmatic, native, video, and CTV trends to advise clients effectively.
• Contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency of account management workflows.
