Job summary

TripleLift in Chicago is seeking an Associate Account Manager to support advertiser and agency partnerships by handling day-to-day account and campaign needs across the programmatic ecosystem. You will collaborate with Sales, Ad Operations, Finance and Engineering to ensure campaigns launch on time and achieve KPIs.

The ideal candidate is analytical, organized and client-focused, with a passion for digital advertising.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest in digital advertising and programmatic ecosystem.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day point management for brand direct and agency accounts.
• Support end-to-end campaign lifecycle and launch.
• Monitor performance, identify pacing issues, and optimize to hit KPIs.
• Build and deliver data-driven performance reports and reviews.
• Assist pre-sale strategy, RFP responses, and onboarding of new accounts.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies and billing questions with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and reporting tools.
• Identify upsell opportunities and flag them to Sales.
