Job summary

Axos Invest, Inc. is seeking an Overlay Analyst to execute portfolio management directives and support model-driven investment strategies.

You will coordinate rebalancing activities and oversee trading execution, ensuring account-level changes align with client objectives and approved models. Collaborating with portfolio management, trading, and client service teams, you will resolve trading exceptions, assist onboarding, and support regulatory and audit requests while contributing to process

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience required.
• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Execute portfolio model changes and CIO-directed investment strategy updates.
• Coordinate portfolio rebalancing and monitor trading activity.
• Research and resolve account-level trading exceptions and discrepancies.
• Support client account onboarding, transfers, restrictions, and investment preference changes.
• Ensure allocations align with models, objectives, and client restrictions.
• Collaborate across portfolio management, trading, operations and client service.
