Job summary

AssetMark is seeking a Programs Manager, Strategic Initiatives, to develop and manage a portfolio of advisor-facing programs aimed at helping financial advisors grow their businesses. You will bridge strategy and execution across Marketing, Business Consultants, and senior leadership, delivering measurable programs from launch to ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years managing business or client-facing programs, preferably in financial services or wealth management.
• Experience delivering programs through full lifecycle: development, launch, delivery, measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of advisor-facing programs from development to ongoing management.
• Collaborate across AssetMark with Marketing, Business Consultants, and leadership to deliver programs.
• Gather advisor feedback, conduct research, and identify opportunities for program enhancement.
• Develop surveys and analyze results to inform decisions and improvements.
• Prepare KPI, ROI, and engagement reports to measure program effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and optimize processes.
