Job summary

The American College of Cardiology (ACC) seeks an Activity Management Associate to oversee education activities, including face-to-face and online formats, ensuring strategic alignment with regulatory requirements. You will partner with clinicians, staff, and external partners to plan, develop, and evaluate programs.

Responsibilities include coordinating timelines, managing faculty invitations, content development, budgeting, and ensuring accreditation standards (ACCME, ANCC).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of demonstrated experience in project management and/or development of educational activities.
• Experience working with internal and external constituencies.
• Experience managing multiple large-scale meetings and online delivery of activities.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards (ACCME, ANCC).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with product or grant manager to intake activity requirements and provide implementation status updates.
• Lead the team of staff and vendors implementing educational activities using project management strategies.
• Develop and manage activity timelines with milestones and schedules.
• Schedule and facilitate internal meetings and track agendas/minutes.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful activity implementation.
• Develop learning objectives, outcomes, and agendas for activities.
• Manage faculty invitations and required documentation as liaison to faculty.
• Coordinate content, materials, and graphics with presenters.
