U.S. citizenship required.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience coordinating IT projects or technical programs.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
Ability to work onsite in Arlington, Virginia.

Responsibilities

Support the planning, initiation, coordination, and management of IT projects and technical activities.
Assist with project schedules, milestones, action items, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Coordinate activities across technical and business stakeholders.
Monitor project progress against deadlines, standards, and objectives.
Support Agile activities, including sprint planning, backlog management, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Coordinate meetings, technical reviews, action items, and follow-up activities.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, schedules, presentations, and status updates.
Identify and elevate project risks, schedule concerns, dependencies, and potential roadblocks.
