Qualifications

• Relevant experience must be in business (e.g., financial trend and forecast, contract management) or program management (e.g., project management, earned value, cost analysis). Informal supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute designated Agency Programs in accordance with DAWIA statutes, regs, and instructions governing Program Management.
• Maintain overall authority for program decisions affecting cost, schedule, or performance baselines and submit reports to the Milestone Decision Authority (MDA).
• Coordinate requirements, solutions, and implementation activities with business/acquisition, technical leads, and stakeholders.
