ADDMAN Group is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead manufacturing processes, scheduling, and reporting for a growing aerospace additive manufacturing site. You will ensure AS9100 compliance, collaborate with engineering and sales on opportunities, and drive cost/feasibility feedback for inspections.

Reports to the Plant Manager and works with BUY/engineering teams. The role requires strong manufacturing and CNC experience, ITAR awareness, and hands-on leadership on the shop floor.

Qualifikationen

• +10 years in manufacturing environment in quality / technical role.
• Able to work in dynamic environment with changing priorities to exceed customer expectations.
• Works independently, strong work ethic, self-motivated and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work on cross-functional teams to support the core business, ensuring quality products are delivered on time.
• Computer aptitude (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).

Aufgaben

• Maintain and improve safety on the shop floor and surrounding areas.
• Ensure safe execution of manufacturing and utility activities following safety procedures.
• Develop manufacturing reporting processes and integrate into ERP / MES systems.
• Support quoting of internal and external manufacturing costs while meeting qualification requirements.
• Review operator abilities and ensure daily quality requirements are met.
• Oversee conformance of printed hardware to requirements at multiple stages (post-print, post-heat treat, final inspection).
• Mentor and support engineering workflows and internal processes.
