Description
Summary: The Program Manager is the “voice of the customer” and leader of the Customer Focus Team. The PM is accountable for OnCore’s operational performance to the customer and the achievement of OnCore’s internal financial performance of the customer. The PM works directly with sales to explore and grow new business opportunities within the existing customer base.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) process for the customer, aligning the criteria with the customer’s expectations.
- Identify, define, document, and manage customer expectations.
- Responsible for customer communication, acting as the key interface between the customer and the Customer Focus Team (CFT).
- Manage the sales order process related to customer change requirements.
- Maintain and drive the Action Item List.
- Represent CFT in management account reviews.
- Schedule and lead regular activities with CFT and the customer.
- Provide solutions to customer issues and anticipate needs proactively.
- Work closely with Operations to ensure timely implementation of production schedules.
- Limit customer risks and manage Terms and Conditions (T’s & C’s).
- Lead CFT teams to meet project requirements related to time, risks, costs, and quality.
- Collaborate effectively with CFT teams and manage relationships at the customer level.
- Support and adhere to all ISO standards related to OnCore’s Quality Management Systems, including quality, environment, health, safety, and security.
- Support corporate and site 5S objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Willingness to travel up to 10%, including international travel.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities with proper documentation and follow-up presentations.
Qualifications
Experience/Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience; CEPM certification preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in contract electronics manufacturing or relevant fields.
- APICS Certification is desirable.
